Admission
Process
Applications can be requested by phone, in person or by printing
out the forms below. (Adobe Acrobat reader needed to print out
the PDF forms. If you don't have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader,

Applications should be submitted no later than two weeks before
the starting date. The processing of late applications is at the
discretion of the admissions office. High school transcripts must
be included with the application when required. Financial aid is
available for those who qualify.
Applicants enrolling in a course/curriculum that earns a certificate
must present a high school diploma, GED or take an Ability to Benefit
examination. For other courses offered at the school (Basic Jewelry
Making, Design/Rendering and Pearl/Bead Stringing) students need
to fulfill the age requirement and be interviewed by the Director.
No diploma or GED is required.

Grade System
Minimum Pass grade is C (2.0, or 70 percent)
A=4.0 (90-100 percent)
B=3.0 (80-89 percent)
C=2.0 (70-79 percent)
D=1.0 (69 percent or below; failure)
I=Incomplete
W=Withdrew
